This beautifully presented Town House situated in the heart of Orgiva with easy access to all the facilities the Town has to offer. You will be surprised and delighted by it, a written description can't really do justice to the location and the lovely environment, right in the middle of the town - everything within reach but the sense of being in the countryside.
The house was renovated around six years ago, maintaining all its original charm. The house was once part of a large house, now divided into four properties. This actual house has two entrances, one direct from the street, the other along a lovely Moorish walkway which leads around to the communal swimming pool shared with the four properties. From the pool there is access via the private garden and terrace area to the house.
The ground floor of the house has a large living room with beamed ceiling and pellet stove which uses crushed olive stones or pellets. French doors lead out onto the garden. The dining room leads off the living room which has lots of shelves for books and storage, this in turn leads through to the fully fitted kitchen with wood doors and granite worktop and window to the front street. There is a small entrance hall leading to a beautifully designed staircase with a useful display shelf leading to the first floor. Here there is access to the bathroom and three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with French doors overlooking the garden and pool area and onto the Sierra Lujar Mountain Range. The rear of the property is South facing so plenty of sun all day. The house is pre installed for air conditioning. There is also access to a storage shed shared with the neighbours. A community is set up between the four neighbours and this works out to around three hundred euros a year for pool and general maintenance of the communal areas.
The property is connected to mains water, electricity and internet.
