This beautifully presented Town House situated in the heart of Orgiva with easy access to all the facilities the Town has to offer. The rear of the property is South facing so plenty of sun all day. The house is pre installed for air conditioning. There is also access to a storage shed shared with the neighbours. A community is set up between the four neighbours and this works out to around three hundred euros a year for pool and general maintainence of the communal areas.

This outstanding property is situated in Orgiva is a charming agricultural town with all the necessary amenities including supermarkets, banks and a medical centre, as well as many bars and restaurants. Orgiva is located in a valley in the southern slopes of Sierra Nevada, and is considered the capital of the Western Alpujarras, a surprising and historical region between the highlands of Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean. It is about half  an hour's drive to Pampaneira and Capileira, two of the highest mountain villages in all of Spain, and about 20 minutes away from the spa town of Lanjaron with its healing waters. Granada is just a 50 minutes’ drive to the north, while the nearest beach is at Motril at an approximate driving distance of 35 minutes. Malaga and its international airport are approx. 90 minutes away
