This cortijo is situated in a quiet part of Lanjaron, away from traffic noise and set on flat land of 5800m2 with lovely old olive trees, lots of variety of orange and mandarin trees. The door leads into the open plan sitting room and kitchen with fireplace. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the two double bedrooms with windows overlooking the front of the property. Outside there is a large terrace area with swimming pool. A system of automatic irrigation is in place, the property has rights from the acequia, an alberca (water storage tank of 1000000 litres) also to a pozo (well).

On the 23rd of June, the town of Lanjaron celebrates its annual fiesta of San Juan, known as the biggest water fight in Spain. On the night of the 23rd, people from far and wide come to celebrate the midnight madness. For one hour, starting at midnight until 1 am, the streets are packed with people and their buckets, water pistols, fire hoses and lorries filled with water.
